Located deep under the Hellfire Citadel is Magtheridon's Lair, an undesired home to the entrapped Pit Lord Magtheridon. Once the Lord of Outland, Magtheridon is now but a prisoner bound under Illidan Stormrage's control. Only those who have, at least, defeated Gruul the Dragonkiller should dare try to release Magtheridon from his ties. Much like Onyxia's Lair of Azeroth, Magtheridon is the only boss in this 25-man raid instance.
